Redevelopment mixed-use projects
Locke Group is also involved in redeveloping old buildings into modern mixed use spaces. A mixed use development combines residential and non-residential use into one property. Current Redevelopment Project
356 Hertel Avenue – Buffalo, NY
Located in the Historic Black Rock section of Buffalo, the redevelopment will be a mix use redevelopment consisting of 80 apartments, self-storage facility, and 14,000 square feet of retail service-orientated space. The design is sensitive to the historic fabric of the existing architecture. A new access elevator shall be attached to the northern side of the building out of view from the primary elevations.
